About the ASG Website

Since 1995, this site has been serving our members. The Alliance Simulation Group website, then known as the United Federation of Aliens website, first came online in late September/early October of 1995. In January of 1996, the United Federation of Aliens (UFA) was dissolved to become the America Online division of the Alliance Simulation Group. Both groups retained the same leadership during the transition.

Since the days of just two sims, the USS Republic and USS Commador, we have expanded to cover many science fiction realms with a growing number of simulations. We now offer simulations through email and on services such as AIM.

If you're interested in a bit of history of our group, visit the newsletter section of our website. The ASG News Flash is our current newsletter, with the Alliance Weekly and UFA Today as our history connections.
